What is Silver Swag Box?

Silver Swag Box is a gift box sent the first week of each month, filled with thoughtfully curated items intended to inspire deeper communication and relationships with the seniors in your life. You can choose to send the gift one time, or on a monthly subscription basis.

 

What makes Silver Swag Box different from other subscription boxes?

At Silver Swag Box, our mission is to build deeper connections with the senior citizens in our lives, and to have fun doing it! Each box contains a variety of items thoughtfully chosen for seniors, as well as a conversation starter card. These special cards are intended to help inspire meaningful conversation with your love ones. We'll also email a digital version to the purchaser.

 

Who is Silver Swag Box for?

Silver Swag Box contents are carefully chosen with older adults in mind. They make great gifts for parents, grandparents, or any other senior citizens you love and care about. And we wouldn't blame you if you wanted one for yourself! ;-)

 

What's inside a Silver Swag Box?

Our team works hard to carefully select items that seniors are sure to enjoy. Contents will vary every month, so the gift will always be a surprise! Each box is theme-centric and will typically contain 5-7 items, with at least one from each of the following categories:
     - a gift item
     - an item intended to inspire an activity
     - an item that will be helpful
     - snacks and treats 
     - a conversation card

 

When will my credit card be charged?

We will bill the credit card on file on the 1st of every month.

 

When will my package be shipped?

Packages will ship the first week of every month. Because each box has a seasonal theme, we want your loved ones to be able to enjoy their gift all month long!

 

How do I log in to my account?

You can log into your account by clicking the Log in button in the top right hand corner of our homepage. Once you have reached the login page, your username will be the email address you created your account with and your original password.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, you must be logged out. Simply click the Log in button in the top right hand corner of our homepage. Once you have reached the login page, Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Log in page. From this page, input the email address associated with your account and hit the Submit button. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password shortly!

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account.

To log into your account, click the Log in button in the top right hand corner of our homepage. Once you have reached the login page, click on the "Manage Subscription" link above your order history. From the Manage Subscription page, click "View details" next to the order you want to edit.

Can I pause my subscription or change the shipment frequency?

Yes! If you need to skip a delivery, you can pause your subscription at any time. We do ask that you pause before the 1st of each month, as we'll be shipping your box at the beginning of each month. You can also change the frequency of delivery from once every month to once every 2, 3, or 4 months. Just follow these instructions to access our subscription management page:
